3. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Service, you agree that:

You will provide accurate and truthful information in your resumes.
You will not use the Service for any unlawful or deceptive purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You will review all AI-generated content for accuracy before using it in job applications.

4. AI Content Disclaimer

The AI-generated suggestions provided by Applya are for guidance only. We do not guarantee that using our Service will result in an interview, job offer, or any specific career outcome. The final responsibility for the quality and accuracy of your application materials lies with you.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

We offer various subscription plans (Weekly, Monthly, and 3-Month). By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and billing terms then in effect. Payments are processed through Stripe, and subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

6. Fair Use Policy

To ensure quality service for all users and manage AI infrastructure costs, we apply a "Fair Use" limit on all plans. While we offer unlimited tailoring for typical job search activity, a maximum limit of 50 tailored resume or cover letter versions per week applies.

Accounts that exceed this limit or exhibit automated bot-like behavior may be temporarily capped or reviewed to prevent abuse of our AI resources.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Applya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any reason at our discretion, without prior notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Service operator is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
